- All permanent jewelry sales are final.
- Re-welds
- If a chain snags off within 14 days of purchase, one free re-weld is included. After 14 days, the standard $20 re-weld fee applies.
- Lost Chains
- Timeless Jewels is not responsible for lost chains.
Permanent Jewelry Aftercare
- Washing
- Wash jewelry gently with a soft brush and dish soap.
- Everyday Wear
- Avoid excessive exposure to lotions, perfumes, and chemicals.
- Removal
- To remove, cut the jump ring with scissors, do not lose the chain.
- Re-welding
- Schedule an appointment to have the jewelry re-welded.
Piercing Aftercare
- Before You Touch It
- Always wash your hands thoroughly before touching your piercing.
- Cleaning
- Gently spray aftercare solution directly onto the area to flush and cleanse the piercing.
- Buildup
- Use a clean Q-tip if needed to carefully remove buildup or debris around the jewelry.
- Frequency
- Clean your piercing twice a day, once in the morning and once at night.
Piercing Healing Times
- Lobes
- 6 to 8 weeks.
- Cartilage
- Rook, tragus, helix, conch, hidden helix, upper helix, and mid-helix typically take 9 to 12+ months to fully heal.
What to Avoid After a New Piercing
- Unwashed Hands
- Touching your piercing with unwashed hands.
- Changing Jewelry Too Soon
- Removing or changing your jewelry too soon.
- Playing With It
- Twisting, turning, or playing with your jewelry.
- Water
- Swimming or soaking in pools, hot tubs, or other bodies of water.
- Harsh Products
- Over-cleaning or using harsh products on the area.

- The ear piercing waiver and the permanent jewelry waiver are completed online during booking through GlossGenius.
- Cancellation Policy
- A 15% fee applies to no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
